This course is specially beneficial for those who would like to deepen their intensive Pranayama practice as well for Yoga teachers who want to learn more on Pranayama. Once you go intensive in the world of braething.
Pranayama helps to go more inward and be presence in the present situation. Within a week your breathing capacity will be increasing amazingly.
Kumbhaka or hold in breath will increase amazingly. you will learn how to apply the Bandhas and Mudras while doing Pranayama. You will also learn how to breath separately in your lobes (lungs) i.e. upper lungs right side or middle lungs left side.
