Location

Saptayoga Ashram near the village of Kotalghosha

Approximately 4 hours by car from Kolkata (formerly Calcutta).

Morning

Yoga with yogis Ruth Waefler Bhattacharya and Sushil Bhattacharya.

Afternoon

Excursions with exciting encounters (temples, musicians, farmers, craftsmen, teachers, village life, etc.). There are also day trips.

Language

English with German translation.

Cost

CHF 1600 in a large double room.

Single room available at extra cost.

Price includes transport from Kolkata airport to the ashram and back, yoga, accommodation, meals, excursions.

(4-day extension: plus CHF 520)

Flights

are not included in the price. For logistical reasons, we recommend Emirates to Kolkata.

Insurance

is the responsibility of the participants.
